The hotel and room is very nice. It’s a little expensive though for the size of the room you get. The amenities are very nice. The view from the room was extremely nice and the pool area is beautiful. The food left a lot to be desired though for the price. I thought it was just ok. The spa was great and massage was very relaxing. Overall a great hotel and pleasant stay.

OUTSTANDING !!!This Hyatt is way better than some of the Hyatts in the USA. The room is very spacious and the amenities are top notch. They have many restaurants offering specialty cuisines and the buffet is definitely worth it.What really fascinated me was their wooden key card tribute to the world famous Kalinga tattoo artist, Apo Whang-Od (108 years old) is beyond cool. 👍👍👍Lastly, the staff truly embodies genuine Filipino hospitality. I definitely will stay here again.Thank you !!!

Grand Hyatt Manila: Stunning Views & Sophisticated VibesGrand Hyatt Manila offers a refined, city-sleek experience right in the heart of BGC. The cityscape views are absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset—every window feels like a live postcard. While the rooms are a bit smaller compared to places like City of Dreams, they’re stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort.The breakfast buffet was decent, though not particularly standout. But the real highlight? The Peak Bar—a must-visit. The ambiance, views, and cocktails there are next level and made the entire stay feel extra special.My only wish is that the price point was a bit more competitive considering the room size. That said, the service, location, and elegance more than make up for it.Overall, a great experience for those seeking urban luxury with a view.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Just couple comments. First, breakfast outfit restrictions. No flip flop but slippers. No tank top. We got returned twice to our room to change. We travel light to warm countries and having those restrictions on outfits in breakfast is uncomfortable to clients. I stayed more high end hotels than Grand Hyatt never had outfits restrictions except if we are going to a high end dinner. We had to change our outfits when we got in we saw some people wearing slippers flip flop and tank top and some woman literally bra working out tops with flip flop. Not fair and upsetting.Second, in the lobby I just put for a minute my leg on the side of the chair because I was scratching it. Someone came told me to sit properly. Am I am on holiday here? How comfortable was that ?Third , shower water was coming of the shower place. We had to clean the water after every shower.
