Lovely hotel nestled right in the middle of BGC. Situated adjacent to the high street mall. Easy access to many eateries and shopping malls. Great for business travelers and families. The rooms were spacious with warm light that provides the additional comfortable room ambience. Daily Breakfast spread is simple and good. Overall a great place to stay

I was in a serviced apartment at the Ascott BGC for 3 months from January through March 2025; I was in Manila for work. I could not recommend this hotel more, especially for a long term stay. All the staff made my stay absolutely wonderful. Housekeeping was excellent and thoughtful. The breakfast everyday was also delicious and had a good variety while always having strong staples. I was greeted everyday by the staff there and by the doormen so kindly and friendly - always with huge smiles and polite addresses. Truly a lovely start to the day (my favorite restaurant staff even brought me cake on my last day at breakfast!!) The folks in the gym/pool area were also welcoming with tips and offers to help.The room and amenities themselves are also really nice! Fast elevators. Really nice sized apartment, comfortable sheets, all the furnishings I could need. The gym and pool are good and spa was nice too - I got a few really nice 60min Swedish massages over my stay. The location in BGC was excellent - close to many restaurants, malls and stores.As you can probably tell, I really enjoyed my staff at the Ascott! It was very much home for 3 months and I loved it!

BEWARE of this hotel. They will try to charge you for a mistake that they made by themselves. We had a horrible time by the end of our stay because of Ascott's inability to own up to their mistake. My husband asked the reception one day before our flight to extend our last stay until 9pm because our flight is still later in the night. The receptionist informed my husband that the charge for this is half day rate. My husband agreed. On our last day, we were coming from dinner at 7pm and our room card didn't work so we went to the lobby to have it fixed. It was only this time that they informed us that the half day extension is only until 7pm which didn't reflect what the other receptionist discussed with my husband the day before. They just kept denying that this mistake was done by their receptionist but I was there when my husband asked about the extension so there's no way that this could have been a misunderstanding. Their receptionist clearly made a mistake. They wanted us to pay for the whole day rate if we were to stay until 9pm so we complained and they said that due to their mistake they can extend us until 8pm, mind you it was already 7:20pm and if we insisted on 9pm we needed to pay the whole day rate. They put a huge stress on us on our last day for an hour difference. We also talked to the manager, who didn't make things better instead of fixing things just asked us what time can we check out? So we hurriedly packed our things and left at 8pm without getting ready for our flight because it's not about the money. It's about treating your loyal client with consideration. Ascott doesn't deserve another cent from us. This could have been avoided had they given us a checkout reminder letter which states the time that we are supposed to check out, they just conveniently deny the time that they agreed with. Never again Ascott. Please be warned.

Second time to stay here. My hotel of choice when staying in BGC. Really enjoyed our 4nights stay. Rooms are massive and the kitchen is well equipped! The location is very central with a lot of food options nearby.Breakfast is great and really appreciated the Filipino bfast offerings too which changes daily! Definitely staying with them again next time. Kudos to Ascott group too for their very sustainable approach which is consistent with the brand in all their hotels (stayed in Somerset SG as well!)Shoutout to Rico who assisted me during checkin and was smooth and efficient. All their service staff embodies Filipino hospitality.

1 bedroom apartment was large. Had all the amenities of home including refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer. The gym was functional. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of multi-ethnic cuisines. Staff was friendly & helpful. Location was ideal.
